Manufactured Housing Communities (MHCs) are a unique form of affordable housing for many Americans. No different than a typical single-family subdivision except that homeowners do not own the land nor the improvements upon which their dwelling is located.
Shorter-term leases allow frequent adjustments to the market rent and current low interest rates allow for a favorable dividend payment to our investors. Average hold time of the asset is 5-7 years.
